Fuji Vegetable Oil is committed to “healthier and happier living”. That philosophy extends to the environment and our goal to achieve sustainable procurement and sustainable consumption. We pay specific attention to global environmental, labor, and human rights issues.

We exclusively purchase high-quality palm oil for our products from suppliers that belong to the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil, which the Fuji Oil Group joined in 2004.

In the spirit of “Fuji Way”, we are constantly working on product innovations to maintain our role as a leader in the industry.

Our Research and Development program in Savannah, in conjunction with Fuji programs around the world, continually works on a broad range of themes, including flavor, appearance, and performance.

Our scientists have dedicated their efforts to developing new food concepts and improving our products. These efforts include customized formulas, anti-migration fat systems, and fractionated, hydrogenated, and rearranged fats. Our many successful R&D innovations include fat systems that are based on advanced fractionation technology and used in fillings and compound coatings.

Our production facilities and products are subject to the highest standards for safety and quality control. Our Quality Assurance Systems guarantee that our products meet customers’ strict specifications, provide optimal performance on the production line, and result in the desired end product.

Kosher
Fuji Vegetable Oil is certified Kosher. This certification means our products are produced using raw materials and production processes that meet strict kosher food laws, including those applying to cleanliness, purity, and quality.

Halal
Fuji Vegetable Oil is certified Halal. This certification means our products are produced using raw materials and production processes that comply with Islamic dietary guidelines.

Organic
Fuji Vegetable Oil is committed to providing only the highest quality products for our customers, and we understand the demand for more organic options.

Several of our products are certified organic by Quality Assurance International (QAI), a USDA accredited organic product certifying agency.

Our certified organic products include palm oil, plus palm olein and palm stearine, palm kernel oil, and soybean oil.

For instance, our Palmes 38 is organic palm oil. The Palmes SP-30 Organic is an ingredient in organic margarine and is also used for cooking and frying.

RSPO
Fuji Vegetable Oil understands our responsibility to the environment and is committed to sustainable procurement practices.

Fuji Vegetable Oil is certified by the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO), a group that seeks to promote the growth and use of sustainable palm oil. RSPO certification means the palm oil we use is responsibly produced without undue harm to the environment and the palm oil is traceable. Companies that are RSPO certified undergo a rigorous verification process.

We exclusively purchase high-quality palm oil for our products from suppliers that belong to the RSPO, which our parent company, Fuji Oil Group, joined in 2004.

fuji_indoor_geoffs_33At our refinery in Savannah we have the capacity to Hydrogenate, Interesterify (chemical and enzymatic), Blend, Bleach and Deodorize vegetable oil.

Fuji sources sustainable Palm Oil, Palm Olein, Palm Stearine, Palm Kernel Oil, Palm Kernel Olein, Palm Kernel Stearine, Coconut Oil, High Oleic Sunflower oil, as well as Organic Palm Oil and Organic Soybean Oil.   We can also source other whole and fractionated oils as required.
